Meetings are held at least three times a year as designated in the Nevada Revised Statutes, in April, May, and November.

Notices for meetings are posted at Lakeview Drive at Highway 50; the corner of North Martin Drive and Sleepy Hollow Glen; and the corner of North Martin Drive and Inspiration Drive.

What to expect at a board meeting
District meetings are working sessions, not formalities. In an hour around the table, the board reviews maintenance plans, weighs project bids, and hears directly from residents.
